Position Description:

Job Purpose
Manage the day-to-day activities of associates charged with data insight development.
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team as they develop insights to be shared with client corporate marketing and brand mgmt groups.

Job Responsibilities

Direct the support of all ASM Clients.
Develop Best Practices for data management and insight development against ASM-Client initiatives and as well as in support of client corporate shopper insight needs.
Manage support of key clients work directly assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Required
Leading, Coaching, Training individuals
Ability to communicate strategies at multiple levels in a group, verbally and in written format
Project management
Proficiency in shopper data/ Loyalty card metrics
Proficiency in Nielsen/IRI consumption and Panel analytics
Strong Organizational skills
Dunnhumby data management

Other Requirements

Experience with identified customer Go-to-Market Strategies and Systems is Preferred.
Make verbal presentations and provide clear and concise written materials to individuals and groups
Clear understanding of CPG distribution, shelving, merchandising, and pricing drivers

Must perform the job safely and utilize proper safety techniques and use of equipment when appropriate.
