We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Catering Manager who possesses excellent financial acumen with full profit and loss responsibility and a strong commercial awareness to develop he catering offer to the next level.

Combining strong and clear leadership skills with excellent communication, IT skills and a vision for driving the department forward, you will have a flair for motivating staff and developing your team.

You should possess the drive and skills to move away from the traditional lunch service and create an offer which is in keeping with the demands of your customers ensuring costs are managed effectively.

You will have a track record of catering management and be able to demonstrate that you are confident in managing a substantial budget, possibly with multi site experience.

37.5 hour week.
