CATH LAB CHARGE RN Job in Inglewood 90301, California US
Prime Healthcare Services, a leading hospital system located in Southern California, has an opportunity for a Cath Lab Charge RN at Centinela Hospital Medical Center.
The Charge Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the quality of nursing and ancillary staff activities and staffs function during their shift. The Charge Nurse will provide direct communication with the Nurse Director. Effectively utilizes nursing and ancillary personnel, time and equipment on the unit and assists the department Director in the daily operation of the unit. Perform direct patient care, within scope of practice. Continually assess care and direct staff to make immediate changes in the plan of care.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current valid CA Registered Nurse License
2. Completion of Critical Care Course preferred
3. Current BCLS certificate
4. Current ACLS certificate
5. Previous Critical Care, cath lab, EP lab and/or interventional radiology experience preferred
6. Charge Nurse experience preferred
