Job Description
This role will include be not be limited to;
- Reception and high volume switchboard relief
- Filing and general office duties
- Kitchen duties
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Deliveries within the CBD when required
- Basic administrative support tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Assisting with the coordination of events
The Successful Applicant
As the successful applicant you will be a strong team player with a positive 'can do attitude', with the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in an administrative support role would be advantageous. Strong computer skills are a necessity (MS Office packages; typing speed min 35 wpm).
