CBS – Finance – Payroll Controller recruitment
The position is to direct and manage payroll operational excellence, monitor payroll cost and propose payroll solutions to meet service lines' requirements within Greater China.
Responsibilities:
? Provide support and solutions actively on payroll projects sponsored by the company, business service lines, People team or other finance units.
? Participate in the firm's annual financial cost budgeting and planning etc.
? Participate in global or local activities to rationalize, design and develop local Payroll implementation plans.
? Identify and propose effective solutions to improve current payroll processing and payroll system setting etc.
? Manage performance and develop payroll team members through coaching and consulting skills.
? Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner and oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
? Review payroll accounting reconciliations and ensure payroll accounting is conducted in an accurate manner.
? Support internal and external audits related to payroll and income tax. Interpret new legislation impacting payroll.
? Other related assignments in addition to or in lieu of those described above. The duties are subject to change at any time, according to the needs of the company.
Skills
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
? Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll or compensation benefits management and 3 years of people management.
? Strong in communication and stakeholder expectations management.
? Solid knowledge of compensation, benefits and the related statutory regulations in Greater China.
? Strong leaderships with excellent coaching and consulting skills.
? Excellent project management skills.
? Willing to and efficiently handle multiple tasks and workflows with confidence. Proactive, organized and possess positive attitude in taking new initiatives.
? Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
? Good command of both oral and written English.
