Our cutting edge client in Redwood City is looking for a C/C++ Developer for a Direct Hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:
•Integrate systems and tools into production game code in a controlled, professional manner.
• Maintain tools, integration, and technologies to support highly reliable environment.
•Develop automated reports to analyze data from the testing process.
•Understand and follow standard software engineering processes and best practices for requirements, design, implementation and testing.
•Report regular status against assigned tasks and proactively identify project risks and issues.
•Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues
•Contribute to the WW SQE group’s strategy
• Continuous, front-line communication with all customers on goals and strategy
• Set realistic milestones and work towards successful completion.

Required Skills:
•Computer Science Degree, Computer Engineering Degree, or equivalent.
• PERL OR PYTHON AND C++ skills is a MUST
•Excellent understanding of software quality assurance concepts, debugging processes and procedures.
•Knowledge of software quality assurance and test automation is highly desirable.
•Professional Software development experience in C++ and or C# (Internships included).
•Preferred knowledge in gaming consoles.
• Ability to negotiate with end-users on features, priorities, deliverables, and timeline
• Successfully interface with customers with a diverse set of backgrounds and needs - able to speak their language, appreciate their challenges, and maintain their respect.
• Resourceful and innovative - identify issues and implement solutions, as required.
