Department Overview
Main Function
The CCL Change Management team plays an instrumental role in supporting key CCL business initiatives across the Funding and Intraday Liquidity. CCL change management provides capture and analysis of business requirements and underlying business context, process engineering, technology guidance and specifications, as well as overall project management and governance leadership. The function is committed to developing controlled and agile processes that mitigate risk and are focused on delivering material benefits and efficiencies against the department’s tactical and strategic book of work.
Main Duties
- Comprehensive project management inclusive of ensuring that projects are documented, approved, structured and planned in a manner that delivers appropriate business and cost benefit
- Analysis, gathering and documentation of business requirements – both from functional and technical perspectives
- Process flow definitions and documentations
- Conduct user workshops for requirement definition, programme and SMT updates, documenting minutes and actions
- Analyze current state processes and infrastructure and perform gap analyses
- Liaise with technology and business teams on test definition, planning, control and execution by overseeing documentation for testing approach/strategy
- Ensure that requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other related project artifacts are documented and tracked with appropriate scope, milestones, and dependencies
- Ensure communication and governance around projects is compliant with documented standards and framework, contribute to the design of best practices and toolsets within the team
- Partner with the business, change and technology counterparts to drive change, while ensuring awareness, engagement and building strong relationships across the firm
- Liaise with other project groups and businesses to ensure co-ordination of functionality affecting other functional areas and initiatives
