CCVP Technical Engineer Job in London, London Uk

Our client, the world's largest IT and consulting services company, is looking for a CCVP Technical Engineer. The CCVP Technical Engineer will monitor the voice environment, evaluate results to ensure that operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization.

Although the primary focus of this position is to support our VoIP call centres, you may also be tasked with build-outs including scripting, commissioning of voice gateways and other related duties.

The CCVP Technical Engineer will also be required to provide mentoring, training, and support to 1st and 2nd line staff.

Position Requirements:

* Work with management team to maintain a comprehensive and successful Cisco Unified Communications business unit and plan for future support

* Work with customer and partner technical teams to develop Cisco Unified Communication call centre activities, installations, and support

* Responsible for design, staging, configuration and implementation of changes to and support for our call centre VoIP installation as necessary

Skills Requirements:

* Cisco CCVP experience desired

* Cisco Call Manager experience

* Cisco IPCC/ICM Enterprise experience desired

* Cisco IOS command line

* Prior technology VoIP implementation and support experience with Enterprise type accounts
