TEKsystems is hiring a Network Support Engineer for a contract opportunity in Broomfield. This position works among a small team to provide wireless data service support. The position will have you take escalation calls from the Tier 1 2 Customer Service Team. Responsibilities include: - Diagnose and troubleshoot products and wireless service related issues - Monitoring, diagnosing and report back to the appropriate parties for the required fix. - Administer tools and technologies such as: TCP/IP, CMDA, SNMP, Network Authentication, VoIP, Wireshark, Network Observer, SQL Queries etc... REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors Degree or Higher - CDMA Troubleshooting experience - IP Troubleshooting experience - Network Monitoring This position is targeting an April 1st start date.
