CDO Fund Administrator recruitment
Job Description:
-Strong background with CDO/CLO to execute warehouse documentation..
-Responsible for conducting required compliance module tests
-Responsible for the satisfactory completion of tie-out trustee reports.
-Calculation of OC/ IC, WAS, WAC, WARF, CCC, Discount Obligations tests and haircut, etc.
-Strong knowledge and application of WSOWeb and WSO Compliance
-Specific knowledge and interpretation of CDO Indentures, business related documentation and Agreements.
-Perform detailed analyses for the interpretation of complex information.
-Excellent EXCEL skills – V lookup and Pivot tables for intricate data analysis, compilation and reporting.
-Exercise of discretion when interfacing with external parties in support of the business.
-Strong Knowledge of Moody’s and SP credit ratings and notching mechanism
