Main Duties
- Provide high quality Management Information with appropriate interpretation and analysis on a timely basis
- Assist in the completion of the annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Provide month-end PL analysis and commentary
- Provide support to Front Office Back Office CDS management
- Design more succinct and value adding client reports
- Develop productive and valued relationships with the Front Office, Infrastructure areas and Global Cost Decision support team members
- Ensure that appropriate procedures and processes are developed and followed to accurately report the costs of the business (e.g. accruals, balance sheet controls etc.)
- Support various initiatives to enhance cost transparency and improve efficiency of the month end process
Person Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Background in Management Reporting and Analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Networking and building cross-firm relationships
- SAP/SAP BW
- Data mining/ systems aptitude
