CDU: Business Project Manager recruitment

ROLE SUMMARY:

Contract Data Utility (CDU) is a new Operating Model, Workflow and Database to store key attributes extracted from legal documents (e.g. ISDAs and CSAs).  A key driver for the programme currently is to deliver mandatory attributes to enable optimised RWA modelling.  The CDU programme resides within the Reference Data Program, in our investment banking finance division.  The Reference Data Program is one of Credit Suisse’s key strategic initiatives.  The accuracy and timeliness of our reference data is a critical enabler to providing a service that our clients admire and in enabling us to respond to regulators effectively.  The Reference Data Program aims to ensure this through establishing single master databases (Golden Copies) for quality-controlled client and product data, migrating all departments to use this data, and implementing clear data ownership and governance.

The Reference Data program resides within the IB Finance function.  IB Finance provides support to the IB and Credit Suisse senior executives through its Finance and Investor Relations groups based in New York, Raleigh, London, Zurich, Singapore, and Pune. The vision of IB Finance is to:
