A fantastic opportunity to join a well established financial organisation working within their Customer Operations team. The company specialises in servicing commercial mortgages, particularly to SME’s across the UK.
The company is looking to recruit a complaints and compliance administrator to undertake compliance monitoring, investigating customer complaints and to provide assurance that the business meets its regulatory requirements. The role will also provide general administration support to the Operations Teams within the company.

The key responsibilities include:

Assist business functions in development of complaint policies and procedures
Review and report business functions with recommendations
Carry out risk based monitoring to ensure compliance are being met
Dealing and investigating Customer Complaints
Assisting Compliance officer with every day tasks
Producing the Complaints and Compliance reports for management
Maintain and updating the Compliance Manual
Monitoring staff call and letter quality
Answering Customer Calls and dealing with enquiries
Recall File management
Ensuring all files and paperwork is scanned and sent to Recall
Dealing with all insurance queries
Dealing with Forbearance requests from Customers and
Liaising with CAM's and PMD teams on forbearance related queries
General administration tasks

The successful applicant would ideally:

Institute of Financial services certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) OR
CeMAP Bridge plus FPC OR
CII Mortgage Advice Qualification plus FPC
Substantial experience of working in a regulatory environment
Working Knowledge of
FSMA
FCA
TCF

You must be able to work independently, able to plan and direct own work and be a good communicator. Ideally you will be familiar with Equifax, land registry and or companies house.
Have good knowledge of financial services business practices and procedures
