Directs and manages a Center with both graduate and undergraduate programs - in coordination with Main Metro Campus Operations. The Center Dean is responsible for the profitability and continuous growth of the Center. Responsible for all aspects of the Center's operations. Responsible to attracting, retaining, and motivating qualified Center personnel. Profitably manages the continuous growth of the Center Implements academic quality of education at the Center to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and University Guidelines, student satisfaction and licensing requirements. Promotes and markets the DeVry University organization and the DVUC and its curricula with its educational advantages to current and prospective students, faculty, and interested constituents. Actively participate in community and professional organizations or employer groups in order to create or enhance broader local recognition of the University; Completes other projects and duties as assigned..
