Center Manager
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
The Center Manager will provide on-site leadership to the center ensuring that staff is focused on quality, customer service and financial goals and making changes necessary for both long and short term success.
Essential Job Function Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:
Customer Service:
· Provide legendary customer service with as little hassle as possible to patients, visitors and coworkers
- Provide excellent, friendly patient care to all who come through our door seeking health related services
- Provide leadership, direction, and assistance during emergencies while maintaining a comforting and reassuring affect for patients
- Working environment subject to varying fast paced and high stress conditions, including long and variable hours, changing locations, and continuous and frequent contact with others
Leadership:
· Understand and teach the Solantic mission, vision and values
· Manage, motivate and grow a team of positive employees who are committed to the Solantic mission, vision and values
· Accountable for monitoring of the center budget, exploring revenue enhancement opportunities, ensuring cost efficiency, creating and analyzing reports and utilizing data to meet center revenue goals
· Communication with corporate staff and center staff
· Lead business development, professional healthcare provider and community networking
· Staff centers with employees who meet the standards of a Solantic Employee
· Train, develop, mentor and coach staff members with focus on delivering standardized product
Operations:
· Responsible for all day to day operations
· Work with center physicians, medical assistants and other providers to ensure quality patient care and outstanding customer service
· Support account executives by participating in customer presentations; providing center tours, and other information to support the sales process
· Assure resources are available for effective center functions
· Assure quality standards in clinical services
· Comply with necessary regulatory standards; ensuring all credentialing and regulatory agency requirements are complete and current
· Will work with billing to ensure successful and timely billing
Minimum Position Requirements:
· Bachelors Degree
· Minimum 3+ years management experience in a retail environment
· Documented track record of success
· Ability to operate effectively in a start-up environment
