The mission of SeniorLIFE Washington is to partner with members, family and community to enable members to remain at home while preserving dignity and autonomy. The approach is member centered and accomplished by promoting open communication and advance care planning through a shared decision making process with SeniorLlFEs interdisciplinary team. We are currently seeking a Center Manager for this full time, daylight position. The candidate will need to have a minimum of a
Bachelors Degree, five years of healthcare administration experience with at least two years of supervisory experience in geriatric care. This is a dynamic position including administrative and clinical oversight over an entire interdisciplinary team. The ability to facilitate an interdisciplinary care planning process for our members is a must. Applicants should be knowledgeable about the geriatric population, caring, team-oriented and possess excellent communication and computer skills.
