MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing the implementation process of PM’s investment decision by trading and executing equities, fixed income, foreign exchange and money market instruments
2. Achieving “Best Execution” policy, aiming to reduce transaction cost/market impact and identifying crossing opportunity
3. Trading multi-asset class across the Asian markets
4. Proactive in interaction with the Portfolio Managers and provide information on the markets
5. Identifying arbitrage opportunity in order to generate alpha
6. Ensuring all trading transaction is in compliance while monitoring operation and counterparty risk
7. Involving with operational aspects within the team such as process enhancment and any other relevant issues
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive knowledge of multi-asset investing with a buy-side institution
- Self-directed, well organized, and highly motivated, ability to work independently
- Willing to work on rotating shift
- Experience in ad hoc project and Marco skills preferred
- Prior trading experience in Japanese Equities and Fixed Income would be an advantage
