Currently, we are seeking quality Central Station/Data Entry Operators with security or customer service industry experience to work in our Hagerstown, Maryland location. We have several immediate openings for full-time associates. Our Central Station Operators provide excellent customer service, treating each customer with respect and integrity. Position Description:
• Monitor and dispatch incoming alarm signals
• Update alarms after dispatch
• Accurate Data Entry
• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Various other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:
• 2 years experience as a Central Station Operator or Customer Service Rep

• Excellent Phone, Computer and Customer Service skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to deal with urgent matters in a calm professional manner maintaining service excellence
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
• High degree of accuracy
• Meet all UL and CSAA requirements to a passing level
• Clear communications with customers, team members, and field technicians
  Bi-lingual spanish a plus

     All candidates must pass a background check and drug screening test
