Centre Manager
You will lead and motivate a team in providing professional property management and leasing services to the owners, tenants and shoppers of the shopping mall. Reporting to the General Manager, you will assist in implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the mall. You shall also be responsible for the preparation and achievement of the annual budget and business plan for the shopping mall.

Requirements
• Degree in Estate Management or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar capacity
• A mature team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing retailers, as well as being in a retail-development environment is an advantage.
• Leasing experience with tenants is considered a strong, influential asset to this role, as you have to manage retailers within the development space, as well as to market the existing development to new tenants, and continue the leasing relationship with existing tenants.
• Non-retail experience is acceptable, but the incumbent should possess leasing experience within a development in the commercial sector as well.
• Experience in MCST work will be an added advantage
• As this is a manager Role, the incumbent will look forward to working with the MD of the division.
