We have recently added Northgate Shopping Centre - Geraldton (GLA circa 17,000), to our constantly expanding national portfolio of asset and property management businesses, which currently includes four assets in Perth.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Centre Manager to take charge of the management of the centre, managing the delivery of the best outcomes for retailers, stakeholders, and the community. This role is the perfect opportunity to progress your career in shopping centre management and it is considered a great training ground for a move into one of our many larger assets across the country.
You are ideally currently working in a retail / centre management role or a commercial or corporate real estate position and looking to make a move into retail management with Lend Lease. Your skill in combining your management experience with your ability to build strong relationships with the local community and all stakeholder groups, especially with centre retailers while gaining insight into their business needs, will position you well for this role. You’ll ideally have excellent knowledge of retail leases legislation and good financial reporting and budget management skills.
