We are currently in partnership with a major International copper producer and explorer who currently have mining and exploration activities in QLD and WA.
Pre-feasibility studies have demonstrated that it’s a viable option to re-open their QLD underground operation. As a result there is a need for an experienced certificated ventilation engineer.
Assisting the underground manager to ensure the safe ventilation atmosphere will require your expertise in mine ventilation plans, design, construct with a thorough understanding of relevant Mine Regulations and Australian Standards.
For this role you must be degree mining qualified with the relevant certification in mine ventilation. In addition your competent level of computer literacy and communication skills to effective liaise with other mining professionals will be essential.
A competitive salary is on offer along with camp facilities which consists of single persons accommodation use of pool, tennis and gym facilities. This will be an 8/6 roster that will FIFO from Townsville.
