Lorian Health is a growing home health agency based in San Diego County seeking energetic members to join our team of professionals in Riverside County. Lorian is currently looking for Certified Occupational Therapists (COT/OT) to service our Riverside patients (Multiple Territories Available). Major responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patient status, assisting in the implementation of the plan of care, and preparing and submitting accurate therapy notes.
All applicants must be registered to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California and must have at least one year of experience subsequent to obtaining certification. Home health experience a plus!
