An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Compliance function of a European Investment and Corporate Bank. Our client is recruiting for a CF11 - MLRO to head up their financial security team in London.
The successful candidate will have key responsibilities around Reporting, Regulatory Advice and Queries, Compliance Policies and Procedures, Training and Awareness, Financial Security Risk Assessments and Monitoring Programme, Internal Reporting, Financial Performance, Investigations and External Reporting.
You will also be responsible for:
*Designing and setting-up internal Financial Security procedures and policies including customer due diligence measures, reporting, record-keeping, risk assessment, management and control systems;
*Developing and maintaining an awareness and training programme across all areas of financial crime
*Developing and maintaining policy in line with evolving statutory and regulatory obligations and experience and advice from enforcement agencies
To be considered for this opportunity it is important that you have experience working in Corporate and Investment bank as MLRO. You will also ideally be registered as a CF11 and have detailed knowledge of relevant AML guidelines and sanction policy.
