The Client
Our client is a fast growing company with a focus on soft commodities in emerging markets and a strong foothold in Asia. The company has major growth plans including a potential listing in Asia in the next few years.
The company is searching for a qualified CFO who is able to lead the company through this critical stage of development.
Job Description
You will be work alongside the CEO of the company with a direct reporting responsibility to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Position will be based in Manila.
Responsibilities
- Manage and review financial reporting across all businesses
- Prepare annual budget
- Maintain excellent relationships with investors, lenders and customers.
Qualifications
- Extensive Asian experience
- Familiar with legal frameworks associated with corporate finance transactions
- Qualified accountant with a strong academic record and previous CFO experience
