CFO / Chief Financial Officer recruitment
Our client, one of the leading banks in Vietnam is actively recruiting for a CFO to oversee the companies finance function and map out and execute the development strategy for Financial Planning. Responsibilities will include developing action plans for the Division; at the same time coordinate those assigned by the CEO. Develop financial reports and governance reports in compliance with state regulations (in such areas as finance, accounting or tax). Develop financial analysis and management reports to support the Banks development strategy and operations by the BOD/BOM, as well as other business units. Play a key role in budgeting, budget control and forecasting for the entire Bank. Provide advice for the BOM/BOD and Investment Council, evaluating effectiveness and making investment decisions. Oversee the accounting and financial statements from subsidiaries. Contribute to financial risk prevention and take an accounting point of all spend or investment activities. Develop and manage the financial database system. Develop and manage financial indicators to ensure maximum value for shareholders and investors and other tasks assigned by the CEO and BOD.
The successful CFO will be fully qualified or hold a similar recognized qualification from a top tier university. You will possess at least five years management experience in a senior position within either a leading retail or commercial bank and have experience of working in South East Asia. Knowledge of Vietnamese or another Asian language would be beneficial.
