CFO China recruitment

There are 4 key accountabilities for this role:

• Financial accountability; as a CFO you are responsible for managing and achieving key financial outcomes including but not limited financial planning, accounting, controlling, providing strategic and financial management advices to the CEO and the business.

• Business processes: these include technical responsibilities such as developing the financial and accounting systems, liaising with the relevant regulators and ensuring all accounting standards comply with regulations.

• Customer satisfaction: build stakeholder presence with internal and external stakeholders.

• People management: you are accountable for the recruitment, performance and development of your team.

The ideal candidate would have 5 years of experience in Financial Services at a Senior Management Level and 15 years of Commercial Accounting/Auditing experience. Being able to manage a team and influence senior management is essential. Fluency in English and Mandarin are a must as you will require to report into regional management and work with local Chinese regulators. You will distinguish yourself with your soft skills at such a senior management level role.
