The Engineering Services division is viewed as a pivotal part of the business is set for rapid expansion. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a finance team of 110+ individuals.
As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for the financial operations of a large complex business unit.
With responsibility for financial management, strategy commercial terms, the role requires a real 'all-rounder' who can take a hands on approach to their work while still partnering with the GM on key operational strategic issues.
For the right individual, this is a hugely exciting opportunity. You will have the chance to join a hugely successful group at an aggressive growth phase where you can make lasting impact. Due to the commercial nature of the role, progression to GM level is a real possibility.
To be considered for this position you must demonstrate a significant track record at Finance Director level in both established and emerging markets.
You will be a proven business leader with exceptional communication skills and a clear track record of managing large multi-cultural teams.
Strong supply-chain general management experience will also be viewed favourably.
Candidates from an Engineering or Dealership / Services background will be given preference but all Industry sectors will be considered.
