CFO – Financial company – Geneva recruitment
As a CFO you are in charge of the management of accouting finance and relations with third parties services (audit, regulatory authorities,..).
You act as a manager able to develop the experience and the competencies of his team in a competitive environment in which change management is a daily word.
Besides finance you are also in charge of supporting the company in terms of administration, human resources and other services.
Your profile:
Your professional experience, including a track record in Switzerland (mandatory), demonstrate a strong background in a similar position (CFO) in a bank, in a broker or in a financial institutions regulated by the Finma.
Knowledge and experience of international regulations and reporting rules is a significant competitive advantage.
Superior education including a diploma in accounting (Swiss Chartered Accountant), French and English fluent, leadership.
The position is based central Geneva.
