Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Financing of a group of companies from Russian and foreign investors, and investment funds
- Development of investment plans
- Development and implementation of a uniform accounting, and budgetary policies in a group of companies
- Organization of accounting and financial analysis of a group of companies, and each holding company in particular
- Organization of budgeting
- Building management accounting of products and projects
- Income calculation of investment projects
- Valuation of companies and participation in investment purchase and sale of shares transactions

Candidate Description:
Sex: male
Age: 30-45
Education:
Higher financial and economic education; leading universities of Russia and / or Europe;
Education and training in leading European universities that are members of the top 100 world universities;
Additionally MBA, EMBA;
Second Higher Education, a valid certificate of chief accountant, certificate of IFRS specialist;
Fluent English required
Work experience:
- Experience of successful leadership in major Russian and / or desirable FOREIGN holding companies (preferably sales, audit of the top 10 accounting firms)
- FEA experience is desirable
- Experience of attracting external funding
- Experience in finding and working with foreign investors, funds, banks
- Ability to build a system of automated accounting financial processes
- Experience in Russian Accounting Standards, IFRS, GAAP, ERP (Oracle, SAP, R/3, Axapta, Navision, etc.)
Professional knowledge and skills:
- Skills in financial modeling, evaluation of investment projects
- Advanced PC user

- Ability to work independently with large amounts of data

Additional Information:
Preferably candidates of European origin (Latvia, Poland), with a good knowledge of Russian, and work experience in large commercial network structures or auditing firms.
