CFO – Hedge Fund recruitment
I am currently recruiting for a small Hedge Fund based in the West End. The business has been established for over 10 years and the role is a direct replacement for the current CFO who is relocating.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for running the Finance function in its entirety.
I am looking ideally for someone from preferably Top4 (ideally ACA, 2-3 years post qualified) with some HedgeFund/Asset Management experience looking to make a second move in their career.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Production of financial statements, corporation tax and VAT returns.
- FSA returns and production of management accounts.
- Running and maintaining Payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Overseeing FSA and NFA compliance and Anti-Money Laundering within the firm including CF10 and CF11 FSA controlled functions.
- Reconciliation of PL between back office systems and the front office.
- Responsible for agreement of monthly NAVs with fund administrator.
- Production of data for clients including profit and loss, trade data and margin calculations.
- Oversight of all Legal and HR related functions including contractual negotiations with clients, prime brokers and service providers.
