CFO/ Project Executive recruitment
Position : CFO
Responsibilities
- Financial/management reporting, taxation, risk and compliance;
- Strategically advising on potential investments and effective structures;
- Representing the organization to relevant third parties including financial institutions and advisers.
Requirement
- Degree holder majoring in Accounting or Finance, holder of CPA is preferred
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles and expertise within the field of restructuring
- Experience in both execution and origination of pre-IPO fundraising, new listings, secondary placements, mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory work for listed companies and corporate restructuring transactions
- Superior interpersonal, communication, marketing, sales and organisational skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a must
Position : Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the CEO and other senior management of the forestry segment.
- Partner with other senior management on feasibility studies of new business opportunities and assess the best business direction
- Assistance to regional leadership on business negotiation as required
- Support of Institutional Leadership on a wide range of ad hoc business and other issues
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Fluent in spoken written Spanish and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, good team player
- Flexible approach to problem-solving with demonstrated ability to learn
- Self-motivation and drive for excellence
