About our client
Our client is leading top tier Real Estate private equity firm fund with $500M USD to invest. They invest in real estate, housing, commercial real estate and large tourism development projects across Mexico; the office in Guadalajara is recruiting a CFO to lead the finance team.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the senior investment committee, leading and managing the financial growth strategy of the business
- Working closely with Regional CFO and CIO reporting to the Investment committee
- Regular site visits
Skills we’re looking for
- An excellent business track record; businesses should show significant growth, institutionalization of businesses will be valued too
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well in teams
- Prior experience businesses such as real estate, infrastructure, construction is a plus
- Work experience and familiarity with the Mexican culture is required
- Native Spanish and fluent English
