CFO, REAL ESTATE PRIVATE EQUITY recruitment
Responsibility
- Based in HK
- The appointee will be the top senior executive of the company. Responsible for the overall finance leadership and finance position of the company for its healthy business development and future IPO in US
- Lead and build all aspects for this fast growing company in finance, accounting, tax and IT infrastructure for HK and China. Train and develop a local team of regional controllers. Integrate the management and IT system with the US office.
- Implementation of best practices, policies and procedures to ensure operational and financial transparency. Responsible for all reporting to head office, debt and equity investors.
- Formulate the treasury strategy – debt and equity capital raising, capital market, banking infrastructure. Manage the risk exposure of the company on currency, cash management and funding.
- Manage the relations with professional services providers.
Requirement
- CFO or divisional CFO of a Fortune 1000 company. Big 4 accounting firm experience at a senior manager or partner level
- Qualified professional accountant / licensed US CPA
- Previous experience of IPO and serving as a listed company CFO
- Capital market experience, familiar with financial institutions and investors.
- Quantitative and financial modeling skills. Fluency in English and Putonghua
