CFO recruitment

Our client is one of the leading automotive suppliers in the country focusing on a niche market globally.

At the moment the business is globally expanding, especially in regions in the far east. The client is looking to take onboard a candidate that is experienced internationally and ideally has a manufacturing background.

Key Tasks/ Requirements;
- overseeing the expansion from the global headquarters in
Germany
- considerable experience in efficient and lean
expansion planning
- closely work with sales department as well as establishing all
support functions

- implementation of a global MIS system
- strong knowledge of industry production standards
- strong teamleader experience required
- excellent language skills (English is a must, any additional a
plus)

The ideal CFO will have an industry background with
considerable experience in an international business
environment. The CFO will have excellent time management
skills and the ability to perform in a demanding environment.
