CFO recruitment
The firm is currently hiring key team members who will be responsible for delivering the proposition. This includes the need for a CFO. As such, for the right people this is an excellent opportunity for strong and motivated individuals to get involved in an exciting and innovative new venture.
The CFO will initially take on a fluid role that combines the duties of a CFO, COO and FD. Quickly (due to the number of clients already waiting to come on board), the CFO will grow a large Finance function and with 40-60 employees expected to be at the firm in twelve months, the CFO should expect to be heading up almost half of that number within his/her remit. My client is expecting very heavy, very fast growth.
