CFO REIT Hedge Fund
The CFO will assist in all financial tax preparations and filing for the IPO. Plan and monitor REIT compliance, file annual tax returns, work with IT and accounting teams and maintain relationships with tax professionals and lawyers. A CPA is required along with ten plus years of strong accounting and tax background. Exposure to a public company, financial reporting experience in the role of controller or CFO. Experience developing systems to ensure SOX 404 compliant is desirable. Experience with REIT's and/or property accounting is also of great interest. Highly motivated, excellent communication skills , pro active self starter, intelligent, grounded and logical thinker. A roll up the sleeves individual who is not afraid to work hard and get into the details when needed. Fantastic opportunity, great firm and outstanding CEO.
