Business Transformation Architect
Primary Responsibilities Include:
•Analysis and development of business success “critical success factors”.
•Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training.
•Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities.
•Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities.
•Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring).
•Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders.
•Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions.
•Perform gap analysis between SAP functionality and business requirements.
Mandatory Requirements:
•Five (5) years experience within the last ten (10) years working with large scale projects using SAP architectural frameworks, practices, methodologies and best practices.
•Ten (10) years in the development of SAP related project business cases including cost/benefit analysis and project mandates.
•Ten (10) years in the private or public sectors developing optimal solutions related to Financial Management and Accounting processes and systems.
•Experience working on a minimum of two (2) Government of Canada (GoC) Financial Management and Accounting projects.
Rated Requirements:
•Experience providing advice and guidance related to accounting programs and systems.
•Experience coordinating enterprise accounting solutions in large scale GoC projects.
•Experience with the delivery of different phases of a project lifecycle, including documenting business requirements for IT systems development and conducting Joint Analysis Design sessions and walkthrough’s with internal and external stakeholders.
•Experience in the development of SAP related project business cases including cost/benefit analysis and project mandates.
•Experience documenting and defining an organization’s structure, business process and procedures to maintain and support a SAP system.
•Experience providing advice and guidance in the preparation, review and validation of current and new business use cases for IT analysis to document systems use cases for SAP related deliverables.
•Experience coordinating and planning maintenance for SAP support activities, as well as, the evaluation, design and implementation of enhancements to SAP.
•Experience within the last twelve (12) years in SAP with the preparation and presentation of IM/IT strategic position documents for SAP to stakeholders on the policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and proposals for the ongoing support of the SAP environment.
•Experience in SAP enhancement projects and upgrades within all aspects of project management, including analyzing requirements; determining the scope of work; and creating project documentation*.

•Secret Level Security Clearance.
