Working within the financial industry in tax is desirable and you will have a clear understanding of securities and will used to communicating with Investment Mangers.
The role is to reconcile discrepancies between the data in Fiscal and CGiX., to assist Investment Managers with advice on capital gains tax and prepare stats for the department and managers
Duties include:
Analysis of reconciliation issues concerning data from Fiscal system to Cgix.
Analysis of exceptions in Cgix
Liaise with fund managers concerning data and calculation issues with Cgix
Liaise with third parties concerning data and calculation issues
Prepare weekly / monthly management information and stats reports
Must have reasonable knowledge of CGT
You should have -
Knowledge of corporate events and knowledge of CGT as well as intermediate excel
