Change Analyst – Fund Administration recruitment
My client is an international financial services organisation providing a range of fund administration services to fund managers and life companies.
We are looking for an experienced change analyst to join our clients operation in Glasgow on a contract basis, and to provide ongoing change support in the middle and back office processing area. Candidates should have extensive knowledge of fund administration (ideally from an operations background), and have proven abilities in a change environment.
Stakeholder engagement is extremely important, and the successful candidate will build lasting relationships with both internal teams and external clients, to ensure client driven operational changes are clearly communicated, and documentation reflects this.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, ideally in accounting, finance or other numerate subject and will have change management experience - ideally gained in or near a fund administration business area. Candidates should be creative and hands-on in their approach, and have strong influencing skills.
