Change Analyst
Salary Up to £40,000 + Benefits + Bonus

My client is a dynamic leading financial services organisation and are currently seeking a Change Analyst to be responsible for supporting the change team with all operational change management in line with ITIL best practice.
You will be responsible for ensuring all changes are approved and fit for production whilst liaising with the different technical teams throughout this process. You will develop and analize change requests, track change statuses and be involved in CAB / Change review meetings. You will have a background working in a busy change management environment and have responsibilities for defect and incident management, defect triage implementing resolutions and assessment of changes.
You will be work closely with the Change Manager define and implement a Change Management solution in line with ITIL best practice including specification of all Definition and creation of appropriate change review boards.
Skills/experience required
• Experience working in a dynamic fast paced environment as a Change Analyst
• ITIL experience would be preferred but not essential
• Ideally you will have some experience working for an organization who adopts and Agile delivery approach
• Excellent ability to communicate at all levels including with senior management and technical resources
• Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
• You will ideally have a background working in a dynamic web environment
• Industry domain - Financial, Insurance or Ecommerce preferred
