Change Analyst
My client, a large tier one-investment bank is looking to recruit a change analyst for a 6-month contract to start asap.
The programme is looking at moving certain responsibilities and functions from one team into another. This move in tern will then allow staff to be more customer facing. This has been successfully implemented in London and they are now looking to roll this out regionally.
You will be required to support the change manager through this process.
You will be looking after these projects in two regions to ensure the transitions of these functions are delivered to all relevant time, cost and quality timeframes.
There will be a need to complete weekly reporting of project progress and deliverables via internal reporting systems.
My client is looking for candidates who have experience working as a change analyst. The desire to be successful with a can-do attitude is a must as there will be a requirement to complete ad-hoc duties when necessary.
