Change Analysts

Our client an established Banking client is recruiting for a Change Analyst to work on a  PPI project based in Edinburgh.  
The Change Analyst:

will create and foster a climate of excellence and contribute to the overall delivery of Change challenges across UK and India. The Change Analyst will also support the business operational initiatives, mandatory and discretionary change by completing analysis, making recommendations, and ultimately monitoring specific projects for implementation.

Working with colleagues across PPI Operations in reviewing all project documentation relating to developments, enhancements upgrades to the operational processes and environments, ensuring process stability and reliable in this high risk environment.

Requirements of Role

-    Interface with PPI Operations to support the change process across the UK GOI

-    Maintain knowledge levels on the supported products, associated systems and technical knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems.
-    Undertake research, impact assess, analyse information and document making recommendations using analytical tools, techniques and methodologies to fully support the PPI Operations business and ensure the customer is at the heart of everything you do.
-    Identify and escalate risks and issues in accordance with the Group Policy and ensure all change follows the correct Governance process.
-    Work with stakeholders, PPI Operations Management and Senior Management (our customers) to help to ensure they have a full understanding of the Change on their Operation.
-    Obtain information from multiple sources – documents, data collection and system driven MI. Make recommendations based on robust analysis.
-    Generate and prioritise workloads to meet business expectations and requirements. Devise and maintain business change plans and benefits tracking system.
-    Represent PPI Operations in Project Working Groups and Change Boards
         
The Individual

-    Ability to work in highly organised manner with experience of working to tight deadlines.
-    Some travel involved to support the operation.
-    Ability to handle multiple tasks whilst still achieving implementation targets.
-    Flexibility on working hours, some weekend out of hours work required.
-    High level of drive, focus and strong communication skills.
-    Understanding of the area systems in which you support.
-    Understanding project / testing lifecycles.
-    Basic understanding of project requirements and reporting tools.
-    Understanding of Microsoft Operating systems, and some Network experience.
-    An awareness of budgetary requirements and ‘run rate’ of any savings through Change implementation
