Change and Problem Manager recruitment

A global Tier One Investment and Corporate Bank is looking for an experienced Change and Problem Manager to drive change across their Infrastructure Operations group across Singapore. The bank is undergoing an ambitious plan of business transformation to ensure their infrastructure supports the global business. This is a highly visible role in the Singapore team where you will be responsible for the entire Problem and Incident management spectrum.

Your role as an experienced Change Manager will be facilitate and control all key change initiatives, chairing change review meetings for the Infrastructure Operations group. You will ensure the high performance of the change management system and face off to the business. In your role as the key Problem and Incident Manager you will be expected to drive the management of key infrastructure projects and oversee the resolution of urgent issues including coordination of all resources in Singapore. You will also have management responsibility for a small team which you will be tasked to grow.

We are looking for experienced Change and Problem Managers who have been the key person responsible for driving change in a banking environment who have over 5 years experience. You should have strong experience working in the Infrastructure Operations space. Candidates are required to have a full understanding of the change management process and methodologies. Experience with the ITIL framework would be highly beneficial. You will have proven experience managing senior stakeholders as well as managing a team of change and problem specialists. A background in systems administration or network administration background would be preferable.
