Change and Training Manager recruitment
The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for delivering and embedding the change for the in-scope Business Units, deliver to time, cost and quality as directed by the lead Change Manager, develop communications materials and deliver training and support to users and trainers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementation of change management strategy
- Assist delivering and embedding the change in in-scope Business Units
- Assist with supporting the in-scope Business Units during deployment
- Implementation of training strategy and deployment of training
- Development of training materials
- Delivery of face to face training sessions
- Provision of individual user/trainer support
- Implementation of communication strategy
- Rollout of operating model
- Acting as the key point of contact for the Business Unit in all aspects of stakeholder engagement and management
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivery of major business change programmes and in supporting and assisting users, ideally in complex organisations. You will also have the ability to deliver high-quality training documentation as a member of the training team. Training in a structured project management methodology e.g. Prince 2, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
