This global banking group are looking for an experienced programme assurance professional to join a newly created team.
In this exciting period of change the bank has created a Change Assurance function to drive forward the implementation of a standardised group-wide Change Assurance methodology. Governing change across the group; the Change Assurance Analyst will support the Change Assurance Manager in pushing out this methodology across the Bank.
In this position personality will be key. You will be expected to communicate with senior stakeholders from day 1, whilst cementing relationships and driving recognition of the team. You will need exceptional programme management and programme assurance experience, likely gained within a financial services setting.
This is a unique opportunity to join a function in its infancy and have real input into the shaping of governance moving forward.
