About the Role
The Change and Communications Manager will work across our Corporate Operations Group and be responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of change and communication strategy plans for large transformation initiatives.
It is anticipated that the Change and Communications Manager will also act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor, and will provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
Key Projects and Deliverables:
- Change management and communications lead for major Transformation Programs within COG
- Leading the communications strategy for COG and for the Technology division. This involves driving co-ordinated and consistent communications across the group and delivering on communications plan with the support of another communications professional
- Collaborating with other change and communications leads in COG to ensure activities in COG are co-ordinated and messaging is consistent
About You:
To be considered for this role you:
- Have a solid understanding of change management methodologies and can flexibly apply based on the needs of the initiative
- Competently build strong advisor relationships with senior level stakeholders
- Can demonstrate strong execution skills; ability to introduce discipline, planning and co-ordination
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Can translate an understanding of stakeholders and/or project needs into effective communication
- Have proven experience in significant change projects including communications delivery
- Are a professional, pragmatic and commercial individual
