This leading, global consultancy is building up their Change and Transformation Practice throughout the UK and Europe. You'll be leading large-scale change and transformation programmes within Oil Gas.

My client is currently looking for a number of Change and Transformation Consultants, with expertise in the following:
* Delivering a clear set of objectives aligned to change management, working to budget and deadline
* Experience of leading change and transformation programmes from analysing business requirements through to implementation, pre and post go-live support
* Analysing the progress of the objectives with internal teams and clients; measuring and reviewing the progress of each project and ensuring all problems are managed
* Working alongside a team and preparing them for change, ensuring that they understand the key drivers for the change
* Ensuring the smooth running of the change and managing any problems with staff, technology or stakeholders
* Leading training for both clients and staff throughout the change programme
You'll be working on large-scale programmes across Europe providing end-to-end implementations and strategic advice.
