A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Change/Project Manager with to join this leading investment bank in highly visible Change Lead role.

Operating at Assistant Vice President level the Change Lead will be responsible for the management of the Business Analysis work stream on a varierty of complex projects across several functions.

Specific duties of the Change Lead include:

-Assist Business areas in understanding their problems, and subsequent requirements and solutions, and provide conceptual solutions to often complicated business problems
-Provide recommendations for preferred solutions, with consideration of associated risks, cost and timescales
-Drive the development and documentation of Business Operating Models, Business Requirements, Organisational Designs and Solution/Functional Designs
-Make recommendations to improve procedures and working practices and support/manage the implementation of the required solutions
-Provide specialist guidance to the project team, particularly in relation to project definition, requirements analysis, business and technical design and change control activities
-Control/co-ordinate the work of the project team, allocating tasks, monitoring progress, ensuring awareness of responsibilities and securing commitment to successful project delivery
-Prepare current and accurate forecast of costs, cash flow, timescales and resource requirements

For this Change Lead opening our client is seeking individuals with the following attributes:

-Demonstrable track record of business change, working on a variety of relevant projects
-Strong command of project and programme management techniques, including the application of industry-standard methodologies, techniques, complex modelling, scenario planning
-Proven financial services experience, with an understanding of a complex Operations environment, and will have delivered and led challenging programmes with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

The ideal candidate will also be qualified with appropriate Change methodology, e.g. PRINCE II, MSP.
