Change Lead recruitment
Harvey Nash's leading financial services client is currently recruiting change managers to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced change manager to work for a global organisation. Our client is looking for a customer focused candidate who can work well within a team and can work on multiple complex projects.
The role will involve taking responsibility for the delivery of projects and programmes, lead management of the business analysis work stream on complex projects and provide specialist guidance analysis to colleagues in the change function.
Core responsibilities include:
*Business analysis- providing business knowledge to the project environment, understanding their problems and operational impact analysis
*Project management- providing overall direction and specialist guidance to the team
*Forecasting and Management
*Planning and Training-identifying all products and tasks associated with their completion
*Financial Management-for the project business case from creation to completion
*Stakeholder management
The successful candidate will have:
*A track record of business change and successful delivery of projects
*A strong command of project and programme management techniques including the application of industry-standard methodologies, techniques and complex modelling
*Experience in budget management (preferably in a large multinational corporation)
*The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
*A knowledgeable understanding of a complex operations environment
