Change Management Advisor Job in Reading, Home Counties Uk
Our client, a global oil and gas giant is currently recruiting for an experienced Change Management Advisor.
The Change Management Advisor will provide change methodology, guidance and best practice for the client's projects and services.
Candidates should have the following professional experience:
•Serving as advisor for change management strategy and best practice
•Providing recommendations to improve change management effectiveness and efficiency and build capability
•Assessing change impacts, change readiness and related risks and presenting findings in a clear, logical format
•Developing an actionable, targeted change management strategy that is based on analysis of change impacts, change readiness and risks.
•Working with project team members to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
•Identifying ongoing organisational change risks and gaps as well as actions to mitigate or address them
•Creating and managing change deliverables and activities, including communications strategies and plans, training strategies, change readiness surveys and more
•Supporting implementation of change strategies and plans by business leaders, change agents and other key stakeholders
•Evaluating change adoption and effectiveness and analysing and summarising results for incorporation into change management strategy and planning
Candidates should have the following skills and attributes:
•End-to-end perspective of the change agenda
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills
•Understanding of project management
•Strong organisational and decision-making skills and ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and deadlines
•Knowledge of change management trends and best Practices
•Independent self-starter with track record of high engagement levels and communicating upwards with no surprises
•Good problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to determine the impact of an issue quickly to prioritise further work
•Ability to contribute to operational debates, helping to identify and address future opportunities and challenges
